You can create your own custom fields, set what information to collect, create dynamic emails, send out group emails, set up departments to handle specific ticket types, set welcome messages for users etc. Rich Text Editing is available when adding/updating tickets.
Users can also submit & update tickets by email without ever visiting the website & all this is automatically handled by the software.
