OpenRealty is a free, open source real estate listing manager. Intended to be both easy to install and administer, OpenRealty uses PHP, and a mySQL backend. It includes a built-in image manager for uploading photos via your web browser, which can be used when creating new listings or modifying existing ones. It also features support for multiple agents and multiple photos.
3.01 update: support international numbering and money amounts, Completed support for Access databases, allow users to edit their own listing's expiration dates.
