Two level administration. Upper admin level can add events to multiple calendars at once, or send emails to individual calendar mangers... they have ultimate control over which calendars are added, who can upload files, etc. They can even make calendars out of the public area altogether, or only visible if you know the username and password.
Then admin can delegate the maintenance of individual calendars to managers (separate logins).
Site visitors can see up-to-the-minute information, from only the calendars that affect their schedule.
Some features are: 140 text colors, WYSIWYG editor, upload files, add images, customize email notifications, quick-add, mini popup calendars for date selection & templates. (Great for groups like schools or school divisions, communities or web hosts.)
